At ミスターブリリアント in 要町, red and white sparkling draft wine is poured by the glass, alongside a wide selection of wines and cocktails. There is plenty to accompany a drink, too. The “Queen of Cream Cheese” pairs baguette with soft cream cheese and honey, while the French fries come with sour cream; both are among the menu’s popular, thoughtful touches. The menu also ranges from starters such as smoked-egg potato salad and marinated whelk to more filling plates, including bottarga pasta, pizza, and beef tendon braised in red wine.

On the first floor, counter seats face an open kitchen, where the activity of cooking is close at hand. It is a comfortable spot to drop in for a drink on your own. Upstairs, guests remove their shoes to enter a Japanese-style room with zashiki seating. It offers groups and families with children room to relax.
